This is an entry form with "form fields" - it allows you to type your entry form. You first save it onto your computer in your "My Documents" area.
Then you can open it, type in all the show information, fees, etc. (hint: you only need to "Tab" between the fields). It will total your fees and help get all the information done in a very legible form.
Print off a copy and mail it into the show.
It will be nice, neat and gain lots of points with the show secretary!!
Entry Form with Typewriter Enabled
This is an entry from with "Typewriter Enabled" - it allows you to type your entry and save it on your computer. Since the typewriter is enabled, you can type and save it only by have Adobe Reader on your computer.
This is a generic entry form that meets the criteria to enter National Shows, CDI events, and Sport Horse shows.
